We are Madeleine (23) and Julia (21) – two sisters with a deep love for our homeland and a shared vision:
to transform our family home into MALIA Alpine Hideaway - a place where nature, design, and Tyrolean warmth come together.

The name MALIA is a combination of our names - and it perfectly reflects what this project is about: two sisters, two personalities, one shared passion. Madeleine is the creative mind between us. With a keen sense for aesthetics, spatial harmony, and atmosphere, she brings every corner to life. Julia, on the other hand, contributes structure, planning and a rational perspective. Together, we complement each other perfectly.

Our home is a place close to our hearts. It is set right in the heart of nature, exactly where we grew up – surrounded by mountains, forests, and fresh alpine air. A special inspiration for us was our grandfather, who realized his own dream early on and became a hotelier. From him, we learned what it truly means to host with passion and to build something of your own with dedication.

With a great deal of personal effort, attention to detail, and strong family support, something truly special is taking shape here: A modern Hideaway defined by natural wood, expansive glass fronts, and soft natural tones that radiate warmth and calm. A place where you arrive, take a deep breath, and feel at home.

Our vision is to offer guests an authentic alpine experience – the mountains, the lake, the clear air, good food, and that unique feeling of recharging in nature. We want our guests to truly feel life here – whether skiing in the Alps, strolling through the valley, or simply watching the sun rise behind the peaks from the window.

We want moments to be created here that last – shared time with family and friends, laughter, quiet, and a deep connection to nature.
