MALIA Alpine Hideaway in Pertisau on Lake Achensee is furnished throughout in natural materials: reclaimed wood, textured natural stone, linen and wool. The colours pick up what lies beyond the windows — rock, forest and the water of Lake Achensee.
Floor-to-ceiling glass brings the Karwendel mountains into the living space. Underfloor heating in every room, a fireplace with firewood included and warm, indirect lighting keep 400 m² from ever feeling too large, even in winter.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom. That is the difference to chalets where groups share bathrooms: at MALIA Alpine Hideaway everyone keeps their own retreat without giving up shared living.

Sauna & Infrared & Freestanding Bathtub
The private spa area is reserved exclusively for guests of MALIA Alpine Hideaway — a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin and a freestanding bathtub. A hot tub follows in winter 2026/27.

The designer kitchen at MALIA Alpine Hideaway is fully equipped, including a steam oven, wine fridge, espresso machine and tea bar. The house has two kitchens in total, so larger groups can cook in parallel.

The living and dining area at MALIA Alpine Hideaway has a fireplace with firewood included, a smart TV, a record player and floor-to-ceiling glass facing the mountains. The sofa converts into an additional bed.

270° Panorama View
The 270° panoramic terrace and three balconies open the view across Pertisau on Lake Achensee towards the Karwendel range. The lakeshore is 8 minutes on foot, the cable car and the nearest ski slope 2 minutes each.
