Terms and Conditions

The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) generally apply, unless otherwise stated below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
  • up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
  • up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
  • less than 14 days, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total price

Cancellation costs are calculated from the total price.

2. Deposit & Final Payment

Upon reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be made free of charge to our listed business account (Sparkasse Rattenberg). Final payment is made on-site in cash (Euro), EC card (Maestro), or in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. For payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, V-Pay), we charge a 2% surcharge.

3. Arrival and Departure

The room will be available to you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room by 10:00 AM.

4. Pets

Dogs are permitted exclusively upon request in the apartment "The Retreat" (non-shedding breeds only). A mandatory additional final cleaning fee will be charged. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed in the other suites.
