Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is exceptionally important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003).
Contacting Us
If you contact us via the form on our website or via email, your provided data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses technically necessary cookies required to operate it — for language selection, the booking process and storing your privacy choice. The basis is our legitimate interest in trouble-free operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
In addition we use cookies for audience measurement. These are loaded only after your explicit consent. As long as you have not consented, no measurement takes place.
Audience measurement with Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps us understand which content on our website is used and through which channels guests find us.
Measurement takes place solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, section 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). As long as you have not consented, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is transmitted to Google.
Once consent is given, cookies are set that allow your use to be analysed. This includes pages viewed, time spent, approximate location, device type and referral source. Your IP address is processed in truncated form. The cookies are deleted after two years at the latest, the usage data held by Google after no more than 14 months.
A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses apply in addition. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — processing carried out until then remains lawful.
Payment Processing (Stripe)
If you make a booking or purchase a voucher via our website, payment processing is handled by the payment provider Stripe. For this purpose, payment-relevant data (such as name, address, account info/credit card number) is transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not store any sensitive credit card data on our own servers.
Your Rights
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection regarding your stored data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
