Zwölferkopf: ideal for beginners

The Zwölferkopf starts right in the village of Pertisau and is our tip for anyone starting out. With 12 kilometres of pistes and a wonderful view of Lake Achensee it is a small, fine ski area — and you never have to queue for the lifts here.

The Rofan cable car takes you up to 1,840 metres in just 5 minutes. The ski area is of medium difficulty and therefore just right for families: there is a dedicated ski kids’ area for the youngest, and anyone who likes it a little wilder can try the AIRROFAN Skyglider.

Christlum: for advanced skiers & funpark fans

With 27 kilometres of pistes between 950 and 1,800 metres, the Christlum is one of the most snow-sure ski areas in Austria. Wide carving pistes await you alongside demanding mogul slopes — and in its own funpark you can really let loose.
